When the Intimate Offers Itself to the World

I was once invited to illustrate the annual calendar of the OCCE88 with my photographic creations. From this opportunity was born the idea of associating poems with the images.

It was a wonderful chance to add depth to the creative play, while plunging into the heart of oneself to offer oneself to the world.

Petals, their tips beaded with dew, seem to emanate light itself. A great many burn fire-red, the rest glow blue.

Freshly Baptized

Pioneer in a country
Inner, virgin and solitary

Here I am, enveloped, light
In a most strange light
Prime, one, familiar

In it, enlightened
Through it, vivified
